This is an example of a paintinG done in "Plein Air" or outdoors. I literally went out with my easel and found a spot around the lake. I loved the experience, it was very relaxing. Maybe you can recognize this place if you live around the area.

"Hibiscus"

This painting was done for my Vizcaya class last year. As you can see I could not resist painting the simple yet radiant composition of a single hibiscus flower. Once again, I love color!(I will try to get a better picture of this one too - the original colors are brighter)

Mini your Artwork

I participated in the Mini your Artwork show held by Utrecht Art Supplies in Miami, and got an honorable mention with this piece. The requirement was to submit work no larger than 8"x8"

Pet Portrait

This adorable schnauzer was a gift for one of my closest friends. It was done in oil. I also painted her other doggie, but I need to take a better picture of it before I post it.

I think I was able to capture hispersonality. I love painting pets. I will always be an animal lover!
