Buddha

While we were in China we had the opportunity to visit a couple of Buddhist temples. This Buddha was located in the first floor of the Jade Buddha Temple in Shanghai, and it is now part of my "China Series." I tried achieving that gold look... I hope it was effective!

The Master

I was finally able to post again! I have been so busy with my painting in the gardens class (Show coming on Sept. 19th - I will post the invitation later) and the paintings that I have to complete for my trip to China.
