Hello Everyone!!!

I am sorry I have not posted anything lately. I am in finals week and have just completed the Vizcaya painting class which has been painting bootcamp. I am also about to have my portrait class critique so I have been busy busy busy.

I will post some of the stuff I did for my class in a few days.

Also, I have just found out I am going to China in the summer so I will be posting some paintings as a result of my trip. I am so excited!

I painted this on Sennelier La Carte pastel card too. It was an amazing experience! This is the "tea house" at Vizcaya. One of the places in the big mansion that used to be owned by James Deering.

This is the latest portrait I have painted. I used Sennelier La Carte pastel card and what a difference it makes! Now I feel I cannot go back to regular pastel paper... This is my co-worker Elika, she was sweet enough to pose for me. Thanks Elikita!

Pears

This is the biggest piece I have done up to now. I liked painting it so much that this will be the first one in a series of oversized fruits. Hope you like it!

"Hammocks' Lake"

This is an example of a paintinG done in "Plein Air" or outdoors. I literally went out with my easel and found a spot around the lake. I loved the experience, it was very relaxing. Maybe you can recognize this place if you live around the area.
