Three Cherries

I will post another picture - I did not like the one that was here...



I woke up this morning with the urge to paint, I went through the fridge and found some cherries... So, this is the result.

Still life with two Mangoes

So! this is my latest creation... When my mother brought the mangoes from the grocery store they were begging to be painted! This is proof once again that I am absolutely in love with color and simple compositions... For some reason I am attracted to round things (as in the "Granadillas" painting). Hope you like it!

This painting was done from a photograph taken by the road leading to Mont Saint Michelle in France. Magnificent place! The sheep are a common sight there roaming around eating the salty grass. Enjoy!
